HSD type adhesive finger - Zhongli D760


Lubricating oil is used to reduce friction between items, as early as in ancient Egypt there have been records of using olive oil to carry heavy objects. However, due to several constraints, it was not until the Middle Ages that lubricating substances were extracted from plants and animals. Today's lubricants have also been used on a large scale with the increase in oil production, and although the oil looked very advantageous at the time, untreated crude oil could not show its performance. In the late 19th century, the large-scale use of internal combustion engines promoted the development of fuel vehicles, and the prosperous automobile industry provided the possibility for the development of the oil industry, at this stage, the demand for base oil was very large, and is its choice, coupled with the active guidance of various manufacturers at that time, timely improvement, and eventually applied in all aspects.
Due to the variable temperature of the lubricating oil, it will not only accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the lubricating oil but also reduce the service life of the lubricating oil. If the temperature is too low, the viscosity of the lubricating oil will be reduced, which will to the thickness of the lubricant oil film, on the contrary, it will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the lubricating oil, resulting in the thin oil film, which cannot provide effective protection and will cause wear and scratches to the parts. So "additives" came into being, adding substances that can change its performance to the lubricant to get its new characteristics or improve some of the characteristics that already exist in the lubricant.




Zhejiang Zhongli is one of only a few companies in the world with the ability to produce HSD type products, its development and production of D760 product is an HSD type (hydrogenated styrene-isoprene copolymer) adhesive, from the appearance of white powder, used in lubricants, adhesives and other fields. The viscosity index modifier can not only improve the viscosity of the base oil, but also improve the viscosity and temperature performance of the lubricating oil, so that the oil has good lubricity and low temperature fluidity, and the shear resistance and solubility have great advantages, which can be used in the solvent refined mineral oil, hydrogenation base oil and synthetic oil.

D760 is a star-type hydrogenated styrene diene polymer, so the thickening ability and shear stability are more balanced, can be used for the preparation of high-end multigrade gasoline oil, multigrade diesel engine oil, suitable for the preparation of large-span high-grade multi-oil. Not only suitable for refined mineral oil, hydrogenated base oil, CTL (coal to oil) and PAO (synthetic base oil) and other all kinds of synthetic oil have good solubility, its configuration of the adhesive liquid is very clear and bright, at low temperature fluidity is very good, compared with other OCP(olefin copolymer) products on the market. It performs very well in thickening properties and at low temperatures.

The oil with D760 configuration was used in the taxi driving experiment, which lasted for 20000km. Compared with OCP on the market, the experimental results show that D760 has the advantages of flexible formulation, less consumption, controllable cost and good shear stability of diesel nozzle.
At the same time, the D760 is very adaptable in the driving process, and can provide high-quality lubrication protection for taxis under harsh working conditions. Compared with the OCP model, the D760 has better cryogenic pumping retention and can meet the demanding cryogenic performance requirements of high-end engine oils. This product is at the advanced level of domestic similar products in terms of formula design and synthesis technology.
