To respond to the call of "prevention , life " in Fire Safety Month, and improve the company's employees' emergency handling ability and self-protection ability in response to emergencies, a butadiene ball tank discharge flange leak emergency drill was held. This exercise aims to improve the safety awareness of all employees, and at the same time, through the exercise, relevant departments and relevant personnel can master the emergency rescue operation procedures and handling methods, and improve the coordination of operations and rapid emergency response capabilities of various departments to hazardous chemical leakage accidents.

If the discharge flange of a T-7101C butadiene spherical tank in the tank group leaks, the operator of the public works post will handle it on the spot, and the volunteer fire station personnel will cooperate with the emergency response. After the accident expands, the company will initiate the company-level comprehensive emergency plan. Emergency teams such as rescue and repair team, medical rescue team, environmental emergency team, warning and evacuation team, outreach team, technical support group, fire control group, logistics support group, and material supply group shall be assembled for emergency response.

The central control personnel heard the audible and visual alarm system of flammable gas leakage, immediately checked and found that the combustible gas alarm device near the tank group and the crude butadiene storage tank gave an alarm, and immediately notified the personnel to check.

After confirming the danger on the scene, the danger will be reported immediately. After receiving the report, the general commander will announce the immediate launch of the comprehensive emergency plan. After receiving the instructions, the members of the emergency response team will immediately go to the assembly point, and at the same time, the on-site commander will conduct emergency deployment.

Members of the emergency repair team wear protective equipment and carry tools to enter the disaster area for emergency treatment.

After the participants assemble and count the number of people, it is confirmed that the emergency state is lifted and the drill is over.

The drill lasted about 60 minutes. In this drill, the on-site command was calm and orderly, and the cooperation between the emergency response teams was smooth, so that the whole drill process went smoothly and reached the expected drill effect, and finally successfully completed the task.

After the drill, the emergency commander summarized the drill, put forward the problems and improvement measures in the drill, and asked that the future will continue to optimize the special emergency plans for various accidents, regularly carry out emergency drill activities, and enhance the ability to deal with production safety accidents.
